Why should I open an online account?
An online account will give you access to pricing and enable you to generate orders or quotes for your institution. You also have the option of receiving updates about special offers.
How do I open an account?
To get your own education account and login - please contact Reflections AV by email or phone and one of our sales team will assess your requirements.

How safe is your online ordering system?
Our secure online ordering system is not a live transaction processing system. This means that when you place an order for an item, your details are securely made available to us.
What is the difference between an order and a quote?
If you just want a quote for approval purposes, click the "Print as Quote" button. This will not be acted upon by Reflections AV.
Alternatively, to place an order, click the appropriate button to do so by print or email. Once you have placed an order you will be contacted by Reflections AV to confirm the details. For more details see the Site Tour page.

What are my shipping options?
Purchases are delivered Australia-wide by courier. See the Shipping and Delivery page for details.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Depending on stock availability, however your goods should be delivered within 1-4 business days. If you wish to make an enquiry as to the availability of a product, please email sales@reflectionsav.com.au or call (03) 9894 1700.
Does Reflections AV offer international shipping?
We are able to ship orders outside of Australia on special request.
Can I ship multiple items on one order?
Yes, you can ship several goods on one order to save on shipping costs.
Can I pick up my order at Reflections AV?
Yes, if it more convenient, you can arrange to pick up your order by phoning (03) 9894 1700 to make the required arrangements.
Purchases & Returns
How do I exchange or return a defective product I bought online?
All products, with the exception of ex-demo, ex-rental, soiled, clearance, second hand, imperfect or damaged, are sold with a manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise noted. If you have any questions, please call our Customer Service Centre on (03) 9894 1700 or email us on sales@reflectionsav.com.au. See or Returns Policy page for more details.
If I return a product, how long do I have to wait for a refund?
When you return a product, you will receive a refund within 7 business days of us receiving and verifying the item. When you return a product that you have purchased using a credit card, the same card you used will be credited with the refund.
How do I cancel an order?
Orders can be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched. If you wish to cancel an order, please email sales@reflectionsav.com.au. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, a 15% restocking fee may be charged to cover the return of the goods to our supplier.

If you are after a particular product, but you cant find it on our website, please email sales@reflectionsav.com.au and we will find it for you at a discounted price.
What if I find a misprint or an error on the web site?
We do our best to ensure that we provide you with the most up-to-date and accurate information.
