Why should I open an online account?
An online account will give you a streamlined checkout procedure and an order history. You also have the option of receiving updates about special offers.
How do I create an account?
You can create an account online here. Once you have filled out the form you will be sent an email to activate your account. If it doesn’t arrive, check your junk mail folder.

Our secure purchase ordering system is not a live transaction processing system. This means that when you place an order for an item, your details are securely made available to us.

When can I expect to receive my order?

We are able to ship orders outside of Australia on special request.

How do I exchange or return a defective product I bought online?
All products, with the exception of ex-demo, ex-rental, soiled, clearance, second hand, imperfect or damaged, are sold with a manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise noted. If I return a product, how long do I have to wait for a refund?
When you return a product, you will receive a refund within 7 business days of us receiving and verifying the item. When you return a product that you have purchased using a credit card, the same card you used will be credited with the refund.
How do I cancel an order?
Orders can be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched. If you wish to cancel an order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, a 15% restocking fee may be charged to cover the return of the goods to our supplier.
Can I order a product that is not on this website?
If you are after a particular product, but you cant find it on our website, please email email@example.com and we will find it for you at a discounted price.
